2.2kw huanyang VFD Settings

Hi, could anybody help me with the PD settings for a huanyang VFD drive. The problem I am having is speed related:

The spindle starts and turns CW but only spins a t the correct speed when at full speed. Copmmand S24000 = 24000 on VFD (ok), Command S12000 = 15667 on the VFD (not ok). The volts on the 0-10v (ACM-V1) read 10v and 5v (so ok there) I cant find the setting on the VFD to adjust the speed to read correctly apart from when it's at full speed. I hope that makes sense. For us to help you please post a link to the manual for your VFD, or upload the pdf. PD setting are not the same for all models of any particular brands.
