I had emailed support but I realized it is the weekend in Australia and I am hoping to have this fixed ASAP so I was hoping someone else has had this problem! While wiring up I accidentally had my E-stop line one connector down and this put 24V on the RS485 line. The IC in the picture burned up and now the LEDs on the Masso come on for a few seconds and then shut off. Does anyone know the best way to proceed? Thanks in advance!!
