A axis changing speed

I am running the following code.

G91 G01 f200 Z3.0 A43.
A247.
X.72 Z3.0 A113.
A247.

The A axis runs faster when this line is executed. (X.72 Z3.0 A113. )

When this line is executed (A247.) the A axis runs slower.

I need it all to fun a 200 I/M. The A axis changing speed is causing the machine to jump when the A axis changes speed.

I need to figure this out quickly. The machine is not running now as a result.
