I am creating cutting files using V-Carve Pro.
I am using the Masso controller with software Mill4 Axis V3.47.4
I keep getting an "ALARM-soft x limit". Yet the machine is no where near the x limit.
This problem is new and nothing has changed in the way I use the machine, which I use regularly.
The limit error is showing up toward the end of the toolpath, in the centre of the material, yet has cut other toolpaths (in the same file) well beyond this "alarm" area in x and y. See attached image.
I have tried rebooting the machine several times. This does nothing. I have tried creating a new cuttng file that includes only the uncut toolpaths (after the spot where the machine stops because of the alarm) but it just finds another x limit alarm.
I have inspected my VCarve cutting file settings but nothing seems amiss and my Masso settings are fine (they have never presented a problem before).
I have tried using three different flash drives to load the files (in case there was some kind of corruption on the flash drive) but that made no difference.
Any help will be appreciated.
Thanks
Jim
