Allow M666 / 667 to be assigned to an output

Allow M666 / 667 to be assigned to an output to facilitate enable/disable 3rd party THC "anti-dive" feature. The ability to do this would enable a wider selection of THC available in the market

and still use standard post processor without the need to create work around post processors to use other unused M codes.

@krysdam so basically what you are saying is that we add a standard output to the list and if assigned will go HIGH when THC mode is ON and LOW when OFF?

Yes, Exactly! Either way You could toggle the output based on whether you need a high or low for your THC.

@krysdam we looked at adding this to the software but as there is only one request for this feature, we won't be able to allocate resources for this work. The easiest option is to edit your post processor file and add M62 and M63 commands.
