Are all grounds equal

Hi,



For the below pins, are the grounds (GND) common and could they be used interchangeably?



Power - negative pin

Serial - GND pin

A or B Axis - Pin 3 GND



As an example could I, if connecting X or Y or Z Axis(not differential), use the Serial GND pin rather than two wires into the Power negative pin?
