Depending on your hard limit sensors you wire them in parallel or series and connect to the homing inputs. Once MASSO has homed it treats the sensors as hard limit switches, in theory you should not reach them if you have soft limits turned on. During jogging MASSO de-accelerates and stops when it calculates that you are near the end of your axis travel and throws a soft limit alarm if your Gcode requests a movement beyond the travel limits.
