Auto Tool Zero place

Hello
my cutter length measurement location is in the same line as the tool holders. Is it possible to cool the cutter length before measuring the length of the cutter, then drive the hole to the measuring point of the cutter length. Because otherwise it gets stuck in the tool holders.
