I have connected my drive fault lines to the masso. When running a program, if a drive goes into fault will the masso stop running the other axis? I know that if one drive faults I can still jog the other axis.
yes the machine will stop, you can test by manually putting one of the drives in fault by disconnecting the motor encoder cable and check everything is working fine.
