I had the opportunity to purchase an old 1997 Biesse CNC machine from a friend, it had no Controller and no VFD.... but was a nice project for a Masso G3...

Yaskawa AC servos, a big cabinet an 3 x 1 Mtr machine to work with...

How difficult was the conversion? I have a 1996 Biesse Rover 346 that I'm thinking of doing the same thing.
