can it possible to add diamond head jewelry cnc tool attachment

i have recently build mini cnc engraving 4 axis with 15" touch masso controller for jewelry dies, coins dies and sheet designing . i saw a video in youtube on tangential knife programming in sheetcam with 4axis masso controller (4axis assigned at Z)

Now what i want is to run diamond wheel (creasing) assigned in T2 in place of knife. but i m stucked in Cam programming i use Aspire for programming gcodes. how do i tell my aspire that my 4axis is located on Z axis. Correct me if i m wrong anywhere. Here i m attaching a link for your better reference and understanding what i actually want.

Aspire does not have a post processor to do this.
In the Vectric world the A axis is used as a rotary axis simply replacing either the X or Y axis.

You would need to contact Vectric and see if they can make a special tangential knife Post processor for the MASSO CNC Controller.
Alternatively you would need to use different software to output the required Gcode.

Thank you Sir for the information. Sorry to ask but which software do i use to make A axis to rotate at Z? Fusion360? Or sheetcam?

You can use whichever you prefer.
I think I just answered a question of yours about this on the service desk and sent you an alpha version post processor for Fusion 360.
If it wasn't you and you want the fusion post processor send an email to MASSO support (attn Peter) asking for the Fusion tangential knife post processor and I will send it to you.

i dont know aspire . I do know sheet cam fairly well . if you looking to do this with sheet cam .

i would Email less at sheet cam. He probly willing to do a custom post processor and help you you have to ask him.

Plus sheet cam allows codes to be put in very easy . From what you asking it looks like you simply want to control a scriber with a dimond tip .

plate marker is a feature in sheet cam .Most use the mister output to turn the marker or scribe on and off . It is a common feature in plasma to use a scribe on the z axis

That scriber can be anything you want to use like a mini spindle ,dremmel . mini router or what ever you want .

looks like the second video has 1 z axis . with tools on it one has a scribe Air ,the other dimond spindle . the last is some rotating cutter . they do not require a 4th axis

to scribe with a dimmond you want to simply use the mill screen add a spindle to the z axis . unless im not understanding what you doing hear a link of a dimond marker on a masso (12) Facebook

I dont want scriber tool. I know about them.. i just want to locate 4th axis motor on Z and in place of knife i want diamond wheel to attach(which i can do) just stucked in cam programming. I do have sheetcam(not licensed) but it dont have knife plugin in it. Did you try the Sheetcam tangential knife Post processor?
You should be able to output something basic that you can test on your machine.
