Can not jog Y axis

It is the Soft limit and the reason it is showing this is you have reached the limit of the Y axis travel as defined by your soft limits.
Can you provide a copy of your MASSO printable settings file and a full screen print showing the entire screen so we can see the actual position the machine is sitting on.
CTRL+P will copy the screen to the flash drive.
