Can not upgrade G2 from mill to Lathe

Hello Dear

I have MASSO G2 3 AXIS v3.42 I want to switch it to Lathe i e-mailed the support they send me tow files named 00003143.HTG and data1.HTG

I formatted usb with 32fat i try to upgrade as you described in You tube but it just starting normally to Masso mill without boating from USB

How can it be fixed

Hi @omed

The process to changing to Lathe software is exactly the same as you used for installing your original mil software.
Are you using a named brand USB Flash drive like Sandisk or similar as some no name drives don't work at all.
I have several Flash Drives myself that just refuse to work even though MASSO can read Gcode files off of it not problem.
If you have the flash drive you originally used to install the last software update use that one as you know it works ok.

Make sure you put the files in the root directory of the flash drive or it will not load.

Try formatting the flash drive on a different PC if you have one available.

The current version for the MASSO G2 was released last week V3.49
You can download the latest software from your My Workshop portal.
