Can't get masso to the update

Hi we have been trying to get the masso to update, it just keeps starting up like normal, we have pressed the f1 button like mad on start up.. nothing, still starts up like normal even used another keyboard. we have started it with no other usb accessories other than the one with updates, and still no luck. this is be our first update since version 3.40 . any ideas?

Okay may have sorted it turns out the down loaded file names had an extra number in brackets we deleted that and we may have had some success.

The extra number in brackets would have been added to the file name by your OS (Windows?) if it is downloading the file to a folder that already contains a file by that name. What I do is create a new folder with the version number as the folder name and download to that.
