Hi, Masso.

Very grateful for your willingness to help in configuring the HTG5A1S controller, I apologize if they are very trivial questions.

1. The HTG5A1S controller has many ports of entry and exit, if you formally request your advice (which has a cost in USD), what would be the scope of your work in the wiring diagram? Includes ports:

1.1 OPTO ISOLATED INPUTS 1 UP TO 32

1.2 ENCODER A B Z

1.3 ANALOGUE 1 2 3 4

1.4 SERIAL Rx Tx GND

1.5 D + D- RS485

1.6 E STOP 1 2

1.7 TTL OUTPUTS

1.8 SPINDLE CONTROL

1.9 X AXIS, AND AXIS, Z AXIS, A AXIS and B AXIS

1.10 RELAY OUTPUTS .

2. In the Mitsubishi MR-J3-A user manuals I found the names of the pin abbreviations for the input signals of the CN1 port for the control of the amplifier, my doubt is that PIN corresponds to the input port of the HTG5A1S for the X Y and Z axes (S+ S- D+ D-).

https://www.unisgroup.es/pdf/EN/Mitsubishi-MR-J3-Beginners-Manual.pdf

Tab. 4-2 Signal arrangemant of CN1 in MR-J3-A (Pages 42 and 43).

Pin number 10 PP - Pulse train signal for forward rotation.

Pin number 11 PG - Pulse train signal for reversed rotation.

Pin number 35 NP - Pulse train signal for forward rotation.

Pin number 36 NG - Pulse train signal for reversed rotation.

3. The output pins of the MR-J3-A amplifier are connected to the input pins on the OPTO ISOLATED INPUTS port of the HTG5A1S?

4. I want to connect my fourth axis with port A AXIS, how would the connection be since it only has 3. S + D + G ports?

5. The page of mass does not remember my password, every time I want to publish or ask a question in the forum it tells me that my password is invalid, I must request a new password to the email rojher.laguna@gmail.com

After I give change and the page does not recognize, what will be my problem?

Thank you.

By analogy to what is indicated in the user manual Masso v1.29 - 23 August 2018.
Teknic - ClearParth Wiring. (Page 177)
I have taken Direction (D) for the Forward pulse and Step (S) for the Reverse pulse.

Can someone tell me if it's okay? Thank you

Also found on page 96, you will need this later but you need to set the mode as per the attached image.

Very grateful for your technical support, I learned a little.
1 ) I must program my amplifier in POSITION CONTROL mode to be compatible with Masso.
2 ) The pulse train format I put it in the mode suggested by you (Pulse Train + Sign)
3 ) It must allow the writing to make any modification in the parameters of pulse and signal for the moment of the tests.

I continue learning and I value your orientation a lot, also a Masso user has helped me a lot.

Thanks

yes that is the right way, because even if your wiring is good and the parameters are not correct still the motor will not run.
