Can you provide more information to help diagnose your issue?
How do you have it wired? Maybe sketch a quick circuit diagram and what interface circuit are you using if you are using a TTL output.
How have you configured the output that you are using in Masso to operate the relay?
What command are you using to trigger the relay?
Is the relay operating when the command is issued?

I used one of the relay outputs on MASSO to connect the coolant mist. Follow the instructions for wiring the relay output shown in the Masso documentation. Then adjust the settings on the F1 screen to enable the relay output for coolant mist function. Hopefully, that will lead you in the right direction.
