core update stuck

Core update progress bar goes to 100% then stops, watched the video but didnt see any additional steps.

• Can you please explain the steps as to how far you went with the update?
  
• Also if its showing 100% in yellow colour then it means that its done, please power cycle the unit.

loaded the two files in the a usb stick's root directory, then powered the unit on with the usb directly attached. when the update reaches 100% I power cycle the controller and the v 1.24 update starts over again

1. Ok, so you saw the progress go all the way to 100%?
   
2. Next remove the USB and plug to the PC and delete the 00000xxxx.HTG file from it.
   
3. Plug it back to MASSO and power cycle.

Deleted the HTG file and received the following error "Error : no updatefile found on usb"

So that means that there is no .HT2 file on the USB, please only the .HT2 file to USB and then power up the MASSO.

The 0002270.HT2 file is on the usb, in the root directory, it's size is 512k,

can you please check that USB is FAT 32 formatted and also try changing the Allocation Unit Size values.

Great, there is some issue with the Allocation Unit Size values when formatting, another client just changed the Allocation Unit Size value and the same USB worked. Do you know what did you set your USB Allocation Unit Size value when you formatted it?
