Cycle rewind input

I have just connected my cycle rewind input and program is not going back to start.

Start program, stop and then hit rewind without success. Ctr R does work.

I have attached settings file.

F1 screen is low and high when button pressed.

Have done a power restart on masso.

I have just run machine, all good, button has to be held down for a second or so.
