Dead controller

Hopefully I'm missing something simple and don't have a controller issue. I just got the power supply and wired it all up to run the controller. 110v power black to live white to neutral, green to ground going into power box red to plus black to common to controller. Flip the switch, nothing. Monitor comes on says no signal but nothing from the controller. Help

whats the controller serial number?

do the LED's on the MASSO light up when you power the unit?

have you measured the voltage going to the MASSO?

Didn't have the input connector all the way in. I now have a green light. Serial is G3 6005 Do I need software to get her running?

the software is automatically emailed when you purchase the unit, so it should be in your email.

I received 2 files , reformatted a flash drive and downloaded both to it. I placed it in the controller and turned it on but nothinh happens.

You got to hit the F1 tab several times immediately after turning it on.. Same thing happened to me, I was use to the G2 loading procedures
