do you need the knife angle cutting only or also need the camera input?

Both the knife angle and the camera.

My client is asking me if I can do like the one in video from China or this video.

If ever this is possible please guide me on how to incorporate this in masso.

Thanks and best regards

I would think you could print registration marks along with the objects and use a laser alignment system on the cutter (with the proper offsets) to achieve what you need.

Thanks segoman, that's the only thing that is possible in this moment. I need to put registration mark on the object and aligned it with cross hair laser.

Thanks again. I will post here the result of this project.

These are the 5V straight line (12mm barrel) 10 / $20 units from China, I mounted them to the torch mount in your case it will be a single Cross hair design mounted off to one side of the cutter. Are you doing a drag knife or using a sonic cutter? I have a Roland 24" vinyl cutter that was my first step up to vector manipulation / CNC cutting

I am planning to used this German Made Oscillating Tangential Knife OTK-3 or this ECOCAM TCM-4

My only problem is there is no documentation on masso how to integrate this.

Masso CAD (Cardboard Aided Design) for now, when the unit is re-assembled after painting it will get the real thing, clear path servos and a Price THC (unless Masso releases theirs first - hint hint)

So what you need is a camera or laser that will reset the work offset and plane to,align with the dots that are printed with the work on the page to be cut. It would be easier to just use the page edge as the datum point G54 and cut the shapes from that datum. Of course if your customer is asking for the versatility that is depicted in the videos shown then you will have to give them that. Have you considered using a Plc to interface with the camera or laser to locate the position of the part? Another thing to consider is that Laguna has probably spent a considerable investment on developing and proprietary software to make this possible which they are looking for a payback on they're investment. It might not be possible to do for a reasonable cost. How many times have I been asked to make a trailer hitch when you can buy one from Canadian Tire for 125.00 dollars?
