Can you please clarify the voltage and/or grounding states for Output Relay 7 with respect to the E-Stop? When the E-Stop button is not engaged, it was my understanding that Output Relay 7 is connected to ground and when the E-Stop button is engaged, it disconnects from ground. This does not seem to be the case since a continuity check between Output Relay 7 and ground fails for both E-Stop engaged and not-engaged. Thank you,
