Enlarging & Centering the currently loaded job in the F2 screen

One thing I miss from Mach3 is the button or hot-key combination that centers & scales the graphic representation of the currently loaded job to fill up available screen space ..

When you load a gcode file, its automatically adjusted on the MASSO screen, isn't your job file showing properly? Can you share some screenshots.

As you can see .. the screen image is all over the place as far as size & placement on the screen. The jobs shown in the screen captures are different sizes, but from the biggest shown to the smallest .. not that much difference.

Added one more pic of 3 of the above parts side by side for comparison to demonstrate the actual size difference between them

Thanks for the details and looks like the job is not properly being scaled. Will you be able to email all 3 gocde files on support and we will have a look.

Thanks for the gocde files via email.

The reason that the files were not showing properly is because on the end of your gcode files you have G53 gcodes G53 G90 X12. Y11.

Basically this also relates to a movement and from the controllers point of view it can be a cut also and it also treats it as a job motion command. We commented the G53 lines and both files scale came up ok.

OK .. I see what you mean. I edited my post processor to add that line so it would push the milling table to the front & center of the enclosure doors for removing parts when a job was complete ..

I can live without it, but I still liked the way Mach3 let you enlarge & center any job in the window with a key stroke. I know there are more important things in the works so perhaps some day in the future?

Thanks!

I can understand that, actually in case of a PC you have a lot of hardware resources and with MASSO we have hardware limitations to keep away from windows or linux.
