Error in file HTG

Hi.
I bought Masso plasma controller, but the file that you send says that it's for Mill.

I don't have options for plasma control.

The file HTG is G3-6329-Mill-3-Axisv3.45 , Wi-Fi.HTG

I suppose that the HTG file should be for plasma, not for Mill.

I ask for a new link in MASSO support, but they say that they can't reply all emails

Hi Pablo,

The reply you received is a generic one and sent automatically.

If you look further down the email says that software requests are supported by the Masso support.

Rest assured you will get your software you need.
