you will need a cad/cam program to generate the Gcode that Masso, and all other cnc machines run on. There are many brands available, most people seem to use fusion lately and I think it's free for hobbyists. I happen to use bobcad and I just imported a dxf file into it yesterday and generated the g code to cut a sprocket with no troubles. Simple moves can be easily typed out in notepad and run on Masso also.
