Looks like you need to load the software that was emailed to you around time of purchase in order to move ahead

Go to the documentation page in support menu, then click, installing Masso, then click load software for G3 and watch the video to make sure you have done everything in the correct order and properly.

Hi Oisinmwk

From the photo of the screen I can see that you have not entered the software load page.
This would imply that Masso is not seeing the F1 key being pressed. The USB flashdrive does not need to be plugged in to get to the software load page.

A couple of things to note. start pressing the F1 key as soon as you apply power to MASSO and keep pressing every second until you see something on the screen. Hopefully it will be the software load screen.
If this doesn't work try holding down the F1 and then turn on MASSO. Keep the F1 button pressed until you see something on the screen.

Have a look at this quick start guide. It has a different software load video what might provide additional help.

It also has helpful information on configuring your MASSO.

Hope this helps
Cheers
Peter
