Flash erase error on first software load. Will not go away!

On first load on new controller I got this message (see attached) Could find no documentation on the error. Tried a second time after reloading the two files. Had a yellow bar an a 100% complete on the load, on the restart I received the error message. There is nothing plugged into the controller (see attached)

Any help would be much appreciated, Larry

You might need to reformat the USB stick before loading the program. Not all formats are supported. This is common problem but not hard to fix. Review the instructions on the documentation page here.
