G3 Side Connector Wierdness

I don't know if anyone uses the G3 side connector but I encountered a couple of weird issues:
  • Direction appears to be reversed compared to the D+ terminals
  • Y axis does not move - my ribbon cable has tested out electrically to be OK (retesting indicates an IDC crimp issue - did not crimp evenly)

I suspect the direction issue is due to the output buffer chip being an hex inverter rather than the differential buffer - would like to confirm that cause of the inversion and an appropriate note in the on-line documentation. Not fun when homing the axis heads in the opposite direction (E-stop thump!)

Y axis issue could be at my end. X & Z axis tested fine - still need to test A axis.

PS: Would appreciate if the connector pin-out be presented as 2 columns (odd pins left / even pins right) as this makes it easier to map the signals to the 2 x 10 pin connector.

Edit: Attached updated diagram
