Hi Team..!

Just want confirmation that all the GND pins on the Masso are linked to each other internally. I'd like to run a single GND wire from the masso and break it up into 5 terminal blocks on a DIN rail. I plan to have my ins and out separated by a cluster of GND terminal blocks but have limited space.

So a wire direct from the negative of the power supply feeding the masso should avoid any potential current draw issue?

I have a 1amp fuse inline with +24v going to masso.

I have not tallied the collective current draw of my proxy sensors, i'm intending to use the feed to supply ground to inputs and outputs like relay contacts, touch probe and alarm outputs from servo amplifiers so no real current draw required.

Personally I would take the -ve straight from the Power supply it is the best potion in my opinion.
Especially since you plan to connect it to relay contacts.
If the device you connect to the relay contact draws too much current remember that you only fused the +ve rail of Masso. There is no protection for the -ve rail so you could damage Masso.

I have completed the safety circuit on my panel and have decided to gang a section of black terminal blocks all linked together with a feed from (-). The masso GND points won't be used at this stage, just the power input one. This is better as the terminal blocks are more robust and forgiving of being worked on. The contacts i refer to are dry contacts from my MCBs which feed my servo drives and contacts coming on my Pilz safety relay arrangement. The MCB contacts will go to the inputs on Masso to issue an alarm and hopefully either feed hold or Estop. The safety relay contact goes to the Estop pin on masso. The pendant Estop will be redirected to the Pilz and live in seies with all other Estops. That's the plan anyway!
