Hey mate,

Really will need more information than that to help, have you read the documentation online yet? Searched through the forum? Red light isn't just a limit alarm, can mean many things.

Post how you've wired into the Masso and include a photo of what is happening on screen and we might be able to help.

Hi Micheal,

Even with hard and soft limits turned off I have found you are still limited in travel when jogging around the table.

When running a program you can exceed the limits no problem but not while joging. To get around this go into your axis settings and enter large values into the maximum and minimum of the axis and that will make it unlikely you will reach a jog limit.

I'm not sure why you are getting an Red limit alarm with them disabled though. Just to clarify, you need to put a check in the limit box to disable them. (It's reverse logic)

Does the limit alarm state that it is a soft or hard limit that you have reached ?

Cheers

Ok Gents, I did have some of my wiring confused. I believe I got it now. Was able to move past limits after setting Maximum and Minimum. Took me a minute to figure out Minimum needed to be a negative number. Now that I have the Red wire from the ClearPath motors going to one of the 32 MASSO inputs, I am getting red High on status column for those inoputs. Do these inputs need to be set? Thanks!
