Hell, Output Tower light

Thing driving me nuts. Got a Door Open alarm. Don't have a door switch. Don't have it selected in General Settings. Don't have any wires connected to any of the outputs on the controller.Try to set it to Not Used. Still shows Door Alarm on F3 screen. Software v3.38. Rebooted, no luck . Any help be appreciated.

That's a simple setting change. Go to F1 screen and double click an unused Input then select Door Sensor Input. It should come up as Low if nothing is connected to the input you selected and fix your issue.

You shouldn't need to do that.

It should be a feature you activate rather by pass and use a input where you don't need one used!

just saying.
