homing problem

hi,

i have three unit of masso controller, the 2 unit is running well but the last one have a homing problem, every time i home this last one the motor don't turn,

also on on jugging the z axis don't turn but the y and z axis runs well. but if i swap my controller that runs well on this controller box there is no problem, i can jug, home with out any problem.

i just installed the last software that support sent, but still not working.

my controller serial number that works well:

5A-2040

5A-2756

controller that not working:

5A-2757



has anyone encounter this kind of problem?

on the unit that is giving issues can you please swap the X and Z connector on the MASSO and see if moving the axis moves the motors.

Also do the Z axis numbers change on the screen?

Yes I swap all the motor on z axis but no movement at all, yes the numbers on z axis change on screen if i jog but the motor has no movement at all.

kindly email on support and have the unit sent back for testing, it looks like there is no output coming out of the controller.

i will send later an email to support regarding this , i will bring this one unit in Milan Italy for another testing if i can confirm the issue because the two unit masso controller has been working fine and delivered to the new owner in Philippines.
