How to change tool lenght in the middle of G-code

Hello,

During the first cut's with MASSO I got a broken end mill.
I replaced the end mill and adjusted the new length directly into the DRO.
When I resumed the program I noticed that the new length didn t take any effect only using the old depth.
Only after a rewind and new start from the last line it went ok.
How should I do this the better way?

The correct way to change a broken tool is shown in this video, produced by Peter last week. (He must have known that you would need it)
