  • If the MASSO is sold directly by us then its emailed when the unit is shipped.
  • If you buy from a distributor then you can always email us on support@masso.com.au your controllers serial number, machine type such as Mill, Lathe or Plasma and how many axis version so that we can email you the software.

I got my software from Masso Today. They sent two files 0000xxxx.HTG and Data1.HTG . After following the install directions/ Video, (which says nothing about the Data1.HTG file), I repowered. The result is a Black Screen. If I power down, and remove the pendrive, the Masso requests the drive with the Data1.HTG file. Upon power up I get the same Black Screen. Do you have any suggestions?

Don't worry about the black screen, there is a recovery system built into the MASSO. The black screen is a recently reported bug and has been resolved, can you please forward the software email with attachments to support@masso.com.au so that we can check what files you received and then will email you the new files.
