Have a Huan Yang Model HY02D223B inverter. Have it wired like the schematic shows. Problem is it starts up but has no speed control at all . Has anybody have the PD settings in the inverter that work ? Also on the terminals for 0-10 volts , I have 24 volts on it ( using a 24 volt power supply )

i had my router working under Mach 3 using PWM to control it . Any ideas ?

You can still use the 0-10v signals because that's what the VFD will take, apart from wiring you need to set the paramters in the VFD. Please see the below video:

Would the wiring diagram shown above also apply to the HuanYang HY01D511B inverter?

Most of the VFD drives have very similar connections, once you understand the concept then its very easy.

Please also make sure that you set the parameters on the VFD because wiring alone won't run VFD.
