I can,t seem to get the Masso controller to work?

Hi everyone can anyone help me to get my brand new controller to work.

I bought it on the 2/8/2018 and have tried to contact Masso a couple of times but they haven't seemed to fix the problem yet!

It has been sitting on my desk for the last three days like a very expensive paper weight.

I know it is a simple fix, I just need a HTG file to unlock it.

If anyone can help me my Serial number is: 5A-2594 " Come on Masso get your act together! "

ok as mentioned in the email please wait for the server to complete the emails for the latest version 3.36 release that we are sending right now and let us know if you dont receive it in the next few hours. I have checked and your email ID is in the system so the emails are being sent but will double check if you dont receive this version.

I got the motors today and I have to quickly check to make sure they work

Only have a short warranty time on them so I have to learn a lot, check the motors and then summit it all works well.

@ross the server just finished sending all emails, please check if you have received the software files, please dont forget to check the SPAM and JUNK folders.
