Good evening, my name is Sam and I'm in the process of converting my Kondia mill to CNC. Admittedly I'm a novice and having a little trouble, my Masso simply won't recognise the USB with the software???

I am assuming that you are a G3 user Are you pressing the F1 key on startup?

My Masso is a G3. I was using the older videos as a reference and when I went about it according to this video it worked first shot!!!
