job status

Hi every one,

thanks fo all very usefull tips and answers flowing by here, I've just upgraded my home made CC router with a MASSO G3, I'm ery happy with this new setup !!

I have just one question today : why is my job status saying 100% while the job is still running and "machine in motion" displayed on MASSO link ?

Hi @zoomak

How long is the overlap between the machine in motion and the job 100% messages?

You will also see the same on the Masso monitor screen at the end of the machining. A small overlap between 100% and the end of the actual motion.

I don't know for sure but I suspect it is that the look and processing ahead has finished but the motion buffer contents is still being sent out to the drives.

Hi Peter,

the 100% appears at around the middle of the process, that was a 35mn long process approx . It's not a big problem for the moment for me, I'll report if that happens again

That doesn't sound right at all. I have made a note to test it out. I personally don't use the link software for machining but I just set up a network cable and Wi-Fi to the workshop last weekend so will give it a test and see how it behaves for me.
