I have been playing with CNC since 1998. As you can not afford to buy what you need. In 2000 commissioned my first Plasma, still working today. Went along to build a few since. This set the path for storing all the needed specs for reproduction 1930's frame dimensions. It lead to the build of maybe the only 3D Tig welding operation ever seen. Now I am working with the Masso unit with my own THC plasma control. Heaps of questions now for Masso guys.

Here is the 3D Tig weld machine, this is what I built the THC for. But had to make it operate on a cnc Plasma cutter. Now I know it works in standalone mode with Plasma cutting. Doing the best cuts I have seen on a non inverter style cutter in 19 years. This THC is built with 2 major components. As shown. These 2 components have been heavily modified and added to from a videos put up on you tube. I will post the video link soon if others would like to see. Cheers.

Some things to share here, I've been building a THC for Tig welding when unexpectedly my Technogon THC went down on the Plasma cutter after I mistakenly didn't switch it off.

This lead to setting up the Masso controller on a cutter built 19 years ago.

I was using DeskCNC along with Technogon THC.

In this unexpected happening, I put the THC I was building in a standalone mode with the Masso.

M3 / M5 -- M8 / M9 codes.

This control has produced the best cuts I have seen in 19 years.

This is a simple controller that if taken and studied with time can be worked out.

But there is a side effect, it actually works.
