Hi Justin,
I have attached a small file for you to try on the plasma.
It is for 2 mm thick sheet, 50 mm square with a 10 mm hole. (can open in notepad as well to see how the G-code looks)
This is generated from SheetCam and should eliminate the bunny hop plus the ruff circles.
If it works you can down load a free vision of SheetCam, load my post processor and experiment with it.
Let us know how you go with it!
