From MASSO documentation

INFORMATION: MASSO supports English (QWERTY) and German (QWERTZ) keyboards. Select your keyboard type under General Settings​

So I suggest you make a official request to MASSO Support through their Contact page https://www.masso.com.au/contact-us/ at the bottom is a form that logs your request and you get a tracking number back via email.

You can select your keyboard type under the general setting. Choose the type you are comfortable with and used to. On screen keyboard can also be display on the screen.
