@jlrumeau

It's a bit late but you look and read Graphical Interface Version 4 in our documentation before you decided to change the display mode?

From information note.
The Vertical interface is primarily designed for MASSO touch

The only way to get back to vertical mode is to attach keyboard to the USB port and get back into general settings and return to vertical mode.

Arie.

As MASSO's display software is designed around VGA 4:3, when the screen is placed in the vertical mode there was "spare" screen real estate at the bottom for a keyboard, but when rotated to horizontal mode, maintaining the keyboard at the bottom would've shrunk the display to an unusable size, so the keyboard is dropped.

Arie.

horizontal mode should have a keyboard. This should be a core design principle for a touch screen.

horizontal mode should have a keyboard.
Problem with that is screen real estate.
The F screens are designed to fit a VGA 4:3 monitor.
It is possible to "shrink" in both directions the F screens to fit the width of vertical monitor, this will leave space at the bottom of the monitor to add a keyboard, but with a horizontal monitor it is not possible to "shrink" the F screens without ending up with blank spaces on both sides and the text still be readable.
