loading and updating

Dear I have bought a masso controller I have the power supply the screen all ok, but I do step by step the issue of the first configuration using usb flash and I have not tried to format the usb disk in any way possible and the mass controller does not load the data of the flash usb help me please.

I'm using windows.

Yes, I did everything that the video indicates, maybe the device does not have the backup battery or maybe it should work?
