no usb pen drive connected.

Tried different pen drives and files I was using yesterday same result. USB drive lights up. USB works on three different computers. CNC works just fine. Able to Home, jog around, and Zero Axis. Middle of project need help.

It is the one I have been using for a couple of months. Worked the last three days. You sent me an update 01-21-2020 I put it on another pen drive and installed it then. It will not work now either.

Just formatted a new pen drive loaded the g code to pen drive put it in masso and it stated to load, stalled at 23% and then this:

No usb pen drive connected.

I have the pen drive pluged directly into the masso controller.

just swapped the keyboard, mouse and pen drive key board and mouse work but not pen drive. I have been having problems with the mouse not working after the cnc runs for a while and I have to pull the usb cable in land out a couple of times to get it working again.

you might be having some issues with your power supply, can you try another power supply because it looks like the USB is dropping due to power issues.

do you remember changing something in your wiring or setup recently?

can you unplug all connectors from MASSO and just connect power, VGA and USB to try. please also make sure the power supply is not connected to anything else as there might be something else putting load on the power supply.

thanks and will get back to you as we don't have any reports of a similar issue. This is something new and never seen before.

In the time being if you have a powered USB HUB then please give it a try and plug the keyboard, mouse and pen drive in the HUB, make sure to power the HUB externally.
