Masso G2 vs Masso G3 for Plasma Cutting

Hello,

I have the G2 on my plasma table, and was wondering is there any benefit to upgrading to the G3. I already have the wifi installed in the G2. I know the G3 is faster, but not sure the speed will amount to improvements in cutting. Still have not got the THC working, but other then that everything seems to work fine. Thanks

I have both versions running on a CNC mill and I did notice a significant improvement when loading large G-Code files. I assume that the G-Code for plasma work is not as demanding as 3d Milling so I wouldn't think you would see much benefit. I believe that @ross has his G2 Plasma Cutter working properly with THC. Maybe he can chime in for you.

I have the Masso G2 with the Proma 150 thc. Others have the Price thc working but they wire it a bit different and don't use the resistors.
