Masso Link 2.0 GUI not displaying correctly on Windows 10

Ive dated my G3 4 axis to 4.01

Ive installed Masso Link 2.0 for Windows per Peters video.

Ive checked my display settings and they are set to "Recommended" per window.

The GUI for Masso Link 2.0 says it is connected however it is not displaying correctly on my screen.

I had no issues with MASSO LINK 1.6 displaying

See attached. Thanks.

Hi Jeff,

What are your monitor specs?
The one I uses is 1920 x 1080 scaled at 100% see screen capture below.
At 125% mine looks similar to yours with the double circle.

What are the actual settings of yours.

Cheers Peter

Hello Peter.

I changed my settings to match yours and that corrected the issue. Thanks!

However every once in a while 2.0 loses its connection... :( I never experienced that with 1.6... hmm... boo

Thanks again for your quick reply..

Hi Jeff,

Glad it is displaying correctly now.
Unfortunately there is a known issue with Version 2.0 disconnecting.
It will be fixed in the next update, due out soon.

Cheers Peter

Can this GUI scaling thing please be fixed? I'm not that keen on running my 4k display at low res settings just to get Link to display correctly. This scaling issue happens on both my desktop and laptop.

Hmmm that's really strange... I've sent an email to support like you asked directly from my Gmail account including my serial number. Was it this one you tried replying to?

@makermonstr

Tyler,

I tried again and it bounced again. I think this is a problem between our Helpdesk software and Gmail because I have tried to send the same file to another user who has a Gmail account and it was bounced.

So here is the file.

Regards,

Arie.

Yeah!!! Thanks for this fix!

Had V1.6; worked well for a long time.

Than came V2.0; problems with display.

Reinstalled V1.6 and can't connect to my machine anymore!

Now its all fixed, it works like a charm!

Good work!
