MASSO LINK 2.0 LOSING CONNECTION WITH G3

I was able to get Masso Link 2.0 working today, however it has lost connection twice now, and I never had this issue with 1.6.

I am using it on a Windows 10 computer

What happens is that I return to use it and see "CONNECTING" flashing in green, and it just continues to flash... Even after disconnecting and re-connecting..

When I go to the controller, the controller shows connected with a MAC address, and the controller does not respond to me trying to "DISCONNECT" the wifi connection. In able to get it work again, I must re-boot the G3 controller. which obviously is a no go .

Like 1.6, I gave it a fixed IP address.

Anyone experiencing the same??

Hi Jeff,

Unfortunately there is a known issue with Version 2.0 disconnecting.
It will be fixed in the next update, due out soon.

Did information go out to us letting us know about this?

Is it possible to use 1.6 with the 4.01 G3 operating system?



Sure wish I would have been notified of this when you were pushing its nifty new features.. Lost the better part of two work days trying to get it working. not the best customer experience.

with the great advise of Sam at Vhersa, I hardwired my computer to my modem for now via Ethernet as I need Internet, and am connecting to the Masso with its dedicated hot spot. I am hoping that this works for now until the fix is available.

Since my computer is in the middle of the shop and running the Cat 6 out to it creates an issue.
