Masso Link: "An error eccurred while transferring file."

Hello everyone,

After using Masso Link V2.0.02a for a couple of months with succes, suddenly its giving me this error when sending files to my machine...



Nothing changed in Masso (V3.49)

Noting changed in my files (olso tried older files that are send with succes earlier, now wont send any more)

Noting changed in Masso Link...

Noting changed around USB storage

Noting changed in my Wifi network



So i thought maybe a update in Windows10 is the problem. Some safety issues or so. I tried some settings in windows and running Masso Link in different compatibility settings. No succes until now...

Hopefully there is someone who can help me out!

Kip,

Try using MASSO Link v2.1

MASSO Link Software

Even though it recommends using with v3.50 it does add this note.
Most of the features can still be used with older versions of MASSO controller software but it's best to use with these versions.

You could also upgrade to beta v3.49.07b. You need to become a registered Beta user to obtain the software, follow instructions from the dashboard page of myWorkshop.

Thanks for the advise! I'll do that!

There was no V3.50 in my Workshop and i indeed saw that the new Masso Link v2.1 is for that firmware.

But after this replay, i'll try it anyway

There was no V3.50 in my Workshop

That's why I said you could try beta v3.49.07b which will become v3.50 if there are not further bug reports.
We need people to try the beta software in ways that is not the same as test rig testing.

Problem solved!

Installed the newest version of Masso Link (V2.1) and it's working with my Masso, running; firmware 3.49.

I chose not to install the beta version because customer projects on my machine.
