Hello,

I just received my Masso today and attempted to turn it on. I am currently awaiting my software to be emailed to me. I spoke with the company that I purchased it from and they stated that even without my 4 axis software that I should still have access to the 3 axis software. When I turn on the Masso I get a message on the screen that says "Thanks for purchasing" with a logo. From there I am unable to do anything. The company told me to hook up a keyboard and see if I could go further. Upon hooking up the keyboard I noticed that none of the keyboard lights came on. Needless to say I have been unable to go any further than the initial screen. Please Help.

Where did you purchase the MASSO from because you will need to email us with the controller serial number to complete the registration process to receive the software.

Whats your controller serial number?, I will double check and resend you the software if its not sent already.
