Question: I have been using usb hub 2.0 to connect my USB flash drive, keyboard and a mouse but all of the sudden it stopped working so I can only use the 2 usb ports on the masso. So I decided to buy a new usb hub also 2.0, Masso reads the USB flash drive through the usb hub but for some reason still cant run neither my keyboard nor the mouse. They only work if they get connected directly to the ports on the masso. My problem is I need 3 ports for USB flash drive, Keyboard and the mouse. Please help.

Hi eondodge

I would suggest trying different combinations of connecting the USB hub.
From your question it appears that you have G2 as the G3 has 4 USB ports and would not need a hub.
Recently a forum member had a problem getting a hub to work for them and we found that after changing where things were plugged in it would work. I don't know why but swapping things around fixed the problem.

Try connecting the USB keyboard and mouse into the USB hub and plug that into the flash drive port on your MASSO.
Plug the Flash drive into the keyboard port on MASSO
This got his one up and working so hopefully will work for you.
You can also try the other combinations as well.
You may find all 3 will work when plugged into the USB hub.

The only time the Flash Drive must be plugged into the Flash Drive port on a G2 is when you are updating software.
When it comes to loading programs it will work in either port.

I hope this helps
Regards Peter
