MDI prompt recall last typed

Just a quick thought,

Similar to CMD prompt it would be good to be able to press the UP key and have what was last typed show up so if you stuff up you can edit it and try again

I would love this feature !
Also, it would be nice to be able to move cursor in the MDI with the left/right arrows of the keyboard without moving the machine when we're in the JOG menu...

Also an input for MDI to pop up on screen on any page... I'm always going back and forth looking for it...

Is it possible still?
